Solution
A comprehensive recognition program was developed, with clear pillars and structured approaches for both workplace and personal recognition. A digital platform was introduced to ensure consistent and timely acknowledgment. An Employee Preferences Survey was conducted to better understand how employees preferred to be recognized, including the frequency and style of recognition. Supervisors were trained on effective recognition strategies to ensure authenticity and equity, while a pilot program was launched and adjusted based on employee feedback to ensure it met their needs and aligned with company values.

Solution
To address these challenges, several strategic changes were implemented. Digital tools were introduced for seamless approval tracking. A dashboard was created to provide real-time data and eliminate manual tracking. Automated document submission and approvals via SharePoint integration were incorporated for document management and auditing. In addition, policy and structural changes were enacted, including standardizing the process, designating departmental delegates for approvals to avoid bottlenecks, and enforcing best practices to ensure efficiency.

Working closely with a contractor, we ensured a seamless integration of membership management features. The existing membership portal was migrated to the new website with minimal disruption, and a centralized dashboard was designed to help members manage profiles, track events, access exclusive content, and network. Payment processing was integrated to streamline membership renewals and donations, while analytics were implemented to track member engagement and preferences, allowing for data-driven decision-making.
